Red Frog Farm is a 15yr old
development along Costa Rica's Southern Pacific Coast.
The closest hillside community south of Quepos /
Manuel Antonio National Park, it is a solid real estate
investment.
Property values will be increasing as
Costa Rica expands its infra-structure with the newly paved Pan American
Highway from Quepos to Dominical and the completion of the Pez Vella
Marina in Quepos.
Located 20 minutes from Quepos Central, 15 minutes
from the Quepos Hospital and airport make this an opportune investment.

Words of advice for buying any property
in Costa Rica
- Lawyers. Always get references on
any lawyer you are thinking of hiring. Longtime residents are good
sources for finding out which lawyers will get the job done
honestly, and for a reasonable price. Choose wisely, avoid
being the victim of a bad or unscrupulous lawyer.
- Water. Make sure there is plenty of
it. Although we are in the jungle, find out source and what your
costs will be. At Red Frog Farm there are 4 streams, and a
water spring for the farm.
- New Luxury Tax. Keep this in mind when
thinking about the size and construction materials of your house.
- Building Restrictions. At Red Frog
Farm there are no size, type, color, or time restrictions for
construction. Some developments have very strict laws.
- Yearly Maintenance Fees. At
Red Frog Farm the monthly fee is $60 US dollars per month. This
covers boundary line clearing and minor road and water repairs on the
farm
